We were hesitant and worried about choosing a bankruptcy attorney. Before contacting your office we had just suffered a bad experience with another attorney who specialized in loan modifications where we felt ripped off. I would like to give a giant recommendation to anyone looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney.
After a bad experience with a loan modification lawyer I wanted to be very careful picking someone to help us. We set up appointments with a couple of the Attorneys who advertise a free consultation and my husband met with them. He came away from those meetings feeling very depressed. He said that they didn’t seem to care at all about our situation, but seemed very boiler plate and not even very likable!

I recommend Attorney Zelotes to everyone I know who is considering bankruptcy. Over the last the six years since the time we received our discharge, I've contacted him about a couple of other non-bankruptcy issues that concerned us. He is the first really honest attorney I've ever met. Instead of making us come to his office and charging us fees, he has called or e-mailed me with the answers I needed -- and has twice he has told me that I didn't need an attorney for what I thought I did and gave me instructions on how to do what I needed myself without fees!

I would like to give a giant recommendation to anyone looking for a Bankruptcy Attorney.
After a bad experience with a loan modification lawyer I wanted to be very careful picking someone to help us. We set up appointments with a couple of the Attorneys who advertise a free consultation and my husband met with them. He came away from those meetings feeling very depressed. He said that they didn’t seem to care at all about our situation, but seemed very boiler plate and not even very likable!
A few days later I was at my grocery store, looking at apartment flyers, and saw a bright yellow brochure advertising whitecollarbankruptcy.com. There was just something about Attorney Zelotes smile and the straightforward way that the brochure approached helping people with debt problems. I also appreciated the fact that he charged a small amount for the initial consultation! Not much, but enough to feel that his time was worth something and that he would be paying attention to our particular problems.
I called the number and spoke for half an hour to Sharon Marie, Attorney Zelotes awesome assistant, and signed up for a consult right away. The friendliness and personal attention has been wonderful. We filled out a questionnaire that allowed Attorney Zelotes to have a grasp of our needs before we even talked and he has always gone out of his way to find the absolute best way for us to approach the bankruptcy and leave us in the best possible position afterward.
